Information We Collect and How We Use It
We collect certain information from you through your use of the Website, the things you use BlockVoice for, and the information you provide to BlockVoice. We want you to be comfortable using BlockVoice, so we have described in detail below what information we collect and how it is used.
Information You Provide to Us
When you register for the BlockVoice Website, limited information is collected about you including your address and name to help verify where you live so you can be placed within the correct community.
Because BlockVoice is a shared issue tracker and communication tool, by the nature of the Website some of the information you submit to the website will be shared with other users. However to ensure your privacy and neighbor relations, only certain types of users will be able to see what you post based on the content of the post. For example, if you report a neighbor’s noisy party only your Property Manager will be able to see who reported the noisy party and where the noisy party is loacted, while other Tenants will just be able to see that a noise complaint was submitted and the time and date it was submitted. For a complete breakdown of what types of information different types of users will be able to see please contact BlockVoice.

Information Learned From Your Use of BlockVoice
We collect information about how you use BlockVoice. This information includes general usage statistics, including but not limited to information such as how often you use BlockVoice, how long you spend on the Website, or when you perform certain actions BlockVoice finds interesting. We use this information in aggregate form to improve and enhance the experience of using the Website. We may share anonymous aggregated information with third parties.
Do Not Track
Do not track (DNT) is a privacy preference users can set if they do not want web services to collect information about their online activity. However, there is currently no universal standard for sending and receiving DNT signals. Due to this lack of universal standard, it would be impossible for us to promise that we comply with all known and unknown DNT standards. Therefore, BlockVoice does not in any way monitor or respond to DNT signals or other mechanisms that provide a choice regarding the collection of personally identifiable information about activities over time and across different Web sites or online services.
If a universal standard for DNT becomes available we may revisit our DNT Policy.
